Review Card — common questions
How exactly does the Review Card work?
The card contains an NFC chip. When a guest holds their phone against it, your Google review form opens straight in the browser. Nothing needs to be installed and nothing needs to be searched for.
Do my guests need an app?
No. Current iPhones and Android devices read NFC directly. If a device does not support NFC, an additional QR code on the card can open the same path.
Do I have to set the card up myself?
No. We connect the card to your Google Business Profile, test the flow and hand it over ready to use. If you prefer, we come to your business to do it.
What if I don’t have a Google Business Profile yet?
Then we sort that out first. Without a verified profile there is nowhere for a review to go. We explain what is needed and support you through setting it up.
Does this guarantee more reviews?
There is no guarantee and we do not offer one. The card removes most of the friction on the way to a review — whether and what guests write is entirely up to them.
Can the card carry my logo?
Yes. On request we design the card to match your business. Just send us your logo along with the order request.
What does the Review Card cost?
