Starting point
The dining room was full, but reviews were rare and out of date. There were barely any photos online, the menu existed only as a PDF, and the printed cards did not match the room.
Our approach
We opened the path to a review first, then renewed the imagery. Website, printed menu and Google profile were brought into one shared design, so the same handwriting shows up inside and online.
The path to the customer
Guests find photos, the menu and opening hours in one place, leave a review at the table, and reach the restaurant without a detour through third-party portals.
